MissedMe LLC ("MissedMe," "we") provides review-generation and Google Business Profile management services to service businesses. We send review requests to your real customers on your behalf and manage the upkeep of your Google Business Profile.
We only request reviews from genuine customers about work your business actually performed. We do not write, purchase, incentivize, or filter reviews, and we will not accept customer lists containing people who were not actual customers. You agree to provide only legitimate customer information.
You confirm that you have the right to share the customer contact information you provide to us, and that those customers had a genuine business relationship with you. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information we publish to your profile on your behalf.
Services are billed monthly through Stripe. There are no long-term contracts — you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Promotional offers (such as introductory review campaigns) are described at signup and apply as written.
Google controls its own search results and review systems. We'll do the work and do it right, but we can't and don't guarantee specific rankings, review outcomes, or revenue results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissedMe LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
