Agreement and order scope

These terms apply to services purchased from MissedMe LLC. Your checkout page, proposal, statement of work, or written order confirmation identifies the service, price, deliverables, exclusions, and expected timing. If it conflicts with these general terms, the more specific written order controls.

Free assessment

The initial 15-minute assessment is a free fit conversation. It is intended to understand one problem and suggest a reasonable first step. It does not include implementation, custom software, access to paid tools, or a full written audit unless MissedMe agrees to that separately in writing.

Paid assessments and implementation

A paid assessment, audit, or implementation includes only the work described in the written order. Software subscriptions, licenses, configuration, development, integration, training, telecommunications usage, and ongoing support are separate unless the written order includes them.

Estimates and expected results

Time and financial impact figures are estimates based on the information you provide and the assumptions shown. They are not a promise that you will recover a particular number of hours or dollars. Actual results depend on implementation, adoption, work volume, data quality, tool performance, customer behavior, and staff behavior.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide timely, accurate, and complete information; identify anyone authorized to make decisions; protect account credentials; review recommendations before use; and follow applicable laws, contracts, privacy obligations, and industry requirements. You remain responsible for business decisions and for human review of AI-generated work.

AI phone, website, and messaging services

Call routing, AI answering, website conversations, alerts, automated text-back, callback workflows, telephone numbers, carrier registration, calendar booking, and usage fees are included only when stated in writing. You are responsible for obtaining required consent and honoring opt-out requests. Automated U.S. text messaging may require carrier registration and approval before launch. We do not promise uninterrupted delivery, a specific response rate, or that every call or message will result in a sale.

MissedMe SMS Program

If you separately opt in on our website or during a live phone conversation, MissedMe LLC may send one-to-one text messages containing information you requested about MissedMe services, a secure checkout link you requested, or a customer-care response. Verbal consent applies only to the messages requested during that specific conversation and does not authorize recurring promotional text messages.

Message frequency varies and is normally no more than three messages per requested interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact john@missedme.ai or (623) 462-0164. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Review our Privacy Policy and SMS Consent Process.

Google review and Business Profile services

Review requests may be sent only to genuine customers about genuine experiences. We do not create, buy, incentivize, suppress, or selectively solicit reviews. We do not guarantee a particular number of published reviews, search ranking, lead volume, or revenue. Google controls its platforms, policies, moderation, and rankings.

Website services

Website scope, content, hosting, maintenance, ownership, and third-party services will be identified in the written order. You are responsible for confirming that the business information, claims, images, and customer materials you provide may be used and are accurate.

Fees, payments, and taxes

Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless shown otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless they are collected at checkout. Recurring services, if any, will clearly display the billing interval and cancellation terms before purchase.

Confidentiality and data

Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other's non-public information and use it only for the engagement. Do not provide regulated, highly sensitive, or restricted data unless the written scope expressly permits it and identifies the handling requirements.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of materials you provide. After full payment, you may use the client-specific assessment and deliverables for your business. MissedMe retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, and generalized components, while granting you the rights reasonably needed to use the delivered work.

No professional advice

MissedMe does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, employment, or regulated professional advice. Recommendations involving those areas must be reviewed by an appropriate professional.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissedMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. MissedMe's total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
