Guarantee & Refund Policy

Assessment thresholds
Each assessment package has a projected weekly time-savings target:
- $199 Quick Win: at least 1 projected hour per week from the one workflow purchased.
- $499 AI Opportunity Assessment: at least 2.5 projected hours per week across the qualifying opportunities identified.
- $999 Personalized Assessment: at least 5 projected hours per week across the qualifying opportunities identified.
What the guarantee means
If MissedMe cannot identify qualifying opportunities totaling the threshold for your purchased package, we will not deliver the final assessment and will refund the assessment fee.
A qualifying opportunity must address recurring work you actually perform, use a feasible process or available tool, show the baseline information and assumptions used, and be reasonably capable of reducing time if implemented and adopted as described.
What the guarantee does not mean
The guarantee does not promise that the work will disappear completely or that you will realize the projected savings regardless of implementation. It does not cover a failure to adopt the recommendation, changes in work volume, inaccurate or incomplete information, third-party outages or price changes, staff behavior, or results from modifications made after delivery.
Eligibility
You must provide complete and accurate intake information, reasonable access to the person who understands the workflow, and enough recurring digital or administrative work to support the selected package. If the fit check indicates that a lower package is more appropriate, we may recommend that option before accepting payment.
Other cancellations and refunds
You may request cancellation before work begins. Once work has begun, assessment fees are generally nonrefundable except under the assessment-fit guarantee or where required by law. Implementation, software, telecommunications usage, and third-party fees follow the written terms provided for those services.
When a refund is due under this policy, MissedMe will initiate it to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
