The assessment-fit guarantee

If we cannot identify qualifying opportunities totaling the projected weekly time savings stated for your package, we will not deliver the final assessment and will refund the assessment fee.

This guarantees opportunities identified—not hours automatically realized. Estimates use the workflow information you provide. Actual results depend on implementation, adoption, work volume, tools, and staff behavior. Read the complete guarantee and refund terms.

Other ways to recover missed opportunities

Time is only one thing a business can miss.

These services can stand alone or become an implementation recommendation after an assessment.

01

Missed-call recovery

Route business calls to the right person, alert your team when a call is missed, and build a consent-aware text-back or assisted callback process around carrier requirements so good leads do not disappear.

  • Call-flow review and forwarding setup
  • Missed-call alerts and response design
  • Optional text-back after consent and carrier registration
  • Usage and platform costs disclosed before setup

How an assessment works

Diagnosis first. Tools second.

1

Qualify

Confirm that your business has enough recurring digital or administrative work to analyze.

2

Discover

Document the work as it happens today, beginning with your highest-priority task.

3

Analyze

Compare realistic improvements by time, effort, cost, risk, and expected impact.

4

Deliver

Receive a clear recommendation and action plan with the assumptions shown.

5

Decide

Implement it yourself, leave it alone, or hire MissedMe for a separate implementation.

Straight answers

Before you spend anything

Do you build the automation as part of the assessment?

No. The assessment diagnoses, prioritizes, and recommends. If you want help implementing a recommendation, we will define and price that work separately before starting.

What counts as projected time savings?

We start with the frequency and time you report for a recurring workflow, then estimate the portion a practical change could reasonably reduce. The report shows those assumptions so you can challenge them.

What if my business is not a fit?

We will say so. A business needs enough recurring digital or administrative work for the chosen package. If the paid assessment cannot identify the package threshold, the guarantee described above applies.

Are the recommendations always “AI tools”?

No. Sometimes the right answer is a better process, a feature in software you already own, or a simple automation. The goal is useful improvement—not forcing AI into every problem.

Is missed-call text-back already included?

No. Call routing, texting, consent, carrier registration, message handling, and usage costs must be scoped for each business. We will not represent text-back as live until it has been configured and tested.

How are payments handled?

Approved assessments are paid through Stripe-hosted checkout. MissedMe does not receive or store your full card number. Delivery timing and the final scope are confirmed before payment.

For an AI assessment, a useful fit usually has:
  • At least one recurring digital or administrative workflow
  • A person who can explain how the work happens today
  • Enough weekly work to support the selected package threshold
