When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, trade, phone number, and email address. If you become a client, we also receive customer contact information you choose to share with us so we can send review requests on your behalf.
We use your information to contact you about our services, set up your account, and deliver the review and Google Business Profile services you've signed up for. Customer lists you share with us are used solely to send review requests on behalf of your business — never for our own marketing, and never sold or shared with third parties.
We don't sell your data. We don't sell your customers' data. We don't send marketing to your customer list. We don't share information with anyone except the service providers we use to operate (such as messaging and payment processors), and only as needed to deliver the service.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Want your information deleted? Email us and we'll remove it. If you're a customer of one of our clients and want to stop receiving review requests, every message includes a way to opt out, or you can contact us directly.
